The Responsibilities:
 Responsible for day to day working in Shop Floor/ M Shop to ensure the optimum utilization of machine.
 Responsible for enhance productivity increasing, process capability, process efficiency, improving product quality by utilization of various tools and techniques.
 Responsible for supervision of production planning, material Planning, Loading Schedule, Line Balancing, PPAP method etc.
 Responsible of overall production/ coordination of material movement to relevant work centre in order to achieve ergonomics.
 Responsible for material accounting in workshop.
 Responsible for maintaining good industrial relationship with workers for healthy environment.
 Executing the Value Engineering concept in shop floor.
 Knowledge of setup time & cycle time reduction.
 Analysis of daily productivity gap in statically manner.
 Responsible for preparation of work instructions & operation flow chart.
 Skill set up in Evaluation of manufacturing requirement, flow charts, time & motion study etc.
 Successfully train operator in proper method & usage of fixture & machine.
 Using Brainstorming method for junior staff.
 Responsible for minimize rejection & ensuring the quality.

The Requirements:

 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field .
 Minimum of five to eight years of experience within the Pumps industry;.
 Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where
only limited standardisation exists .
 Able to conduct review of customer’s technical specifications and engineering documents, and
recommend the best product selection and solutions to address their needs .
 Able to communicate and influence effectively across all organization levels .
 Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to succeed in a matrix, team environment..
