Operations manager responsibilities

• An employee who has 4-5 years of experience in handling daily operations, preferably worked in ecommerce/distribution setup before.
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
