*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Manage and maintain the company’s management information systems.
2. Utilize MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Drive tools to create, manage, and analyze data.
3. Assist in the creation and implementation of data management systems.
4. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
5. Collaborate with other departments to gather and interpret data.
6. Generate reports and present findings to management.
7. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data management.
Skills Required:
❖ Hire a Data Management Executive (DME) who is good with EXCEL
❖ He should have good knowledge of different Excel Formulas
❖ He should have knowledge of Macros, if possible
❖ Thorough Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
❖ Should know Pivot Tables
❖ A background in Mathematics will help
