Roles and Responsibilities of a Business Associate:
1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
2. Understand customer needs and requirements
3. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
4. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
5. Perform effective online demos for prospects.
6. Engage with customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and providing information about the company’s services.
7. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
8. Handle incoming calls from existing or prospective customers and provide assistance as needed.
9. Actively participate in sales activities by identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients. Use persuasive communication skills to promote the company’s services and close sales deals.
10. Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s services, features, benefits, and pricing plans. Stay updated with any changes or additions to the company’s offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
11. Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information such as contact details, interactions, and sales progress. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer records for effective follow-ups and customer.
12. Prepare reports on call logs, sales activities, and customer feedback. Document important customer interactions and provide feedback.
13. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, resolving complaints or issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Aim to retain existing customers and foster long-term loyalty.
14. Adhere to company policies, scripts, and guidelines during customer interactions to maintain consistency and professionalism. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing Tele-calling activities.
15. Stay updated with industry trends, market competition, and advancements in the company’s services.
