 Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training of employees
 Organizational and space planning
 Performance management and improvement systems
 Organization development
 Regulatory compliance and reporting
 Employee orientation, development, and training
 Policy development and documentation
 Employee relationship management
 Employee Engagement, grooming, safety, welfare, and wellness education
 Company-employee communication
 Attendance, Salary, Compensation and benefits administration General Administration:
 Handling all administrative activities like maintenance of office equipment, housekeeping & maintenance of office and record keeping of office stationery including various formats.
 Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations & compliance with various governmental agencies monitoring disciplinary issues & legal matters.
 Preparing performance MIS reports on a monthly or quarterly basis.
