 Responsibilities• Human Resources:
o Maintaining Employee Database, employee private data and information
o Leave management
o HR software management
o Maintaining Organization chart, Salary slips, Salary breakdown, Atom’s image
in front of recruitment partners, candidates, employees and stakeholders.
o HR Documentation: Appointment letters, offer letters, revamping employee
handbook, leave policy, holiday calendar
o Taking demos, educating employees on new policies, introduction of new
software, policy changes etc.
o Catering to and solving problems faced by employees
o Hosting weekly catchup meeting, team bonding activities
Managing our recruitment partners
o Filtering CVs, shortlisting, arranging interviews
o Coordinating with Hiring managers, preparing JDs
