Job Description:-

1. Handling domestic/International hotel booking.
Knowledge of international destinations and outbound operations, Itineraries and Costing, International hotel Bookings, well versed with online booking portal

2. Customizing tour packages as per client’s requests.

3. Booking Transportation and Hotels reservations.

4. Confirming services of the ongoing tours.

5. Checking on the availability of accommodations or transportation on a traveler’s desired travel dates.

6. Reserving and making payment for hotel rooms, ship cabins, as well as other travel products.

7. Assisting customers choose among a variety of travel options.

8. Selling add-on travel products, such as tour tickets, travel insurance or upgraded seats or accommodations.

9. Providing support to customers who have already made a travel purchase by confirming, changing or canceling reservations
