Experience:- 10-20 years
Salary:- 1 Lakhs – 1.5 Lakhs PA
Location:- Himanchal Pradesh
Gender Preferences:- Male
Qualification:-Mechanical Engineer or someone with a technical background or a techno-commercial person.
Target Industry:- Packaging Industry or Paper Industry
Job Responsibilities:- He should be GM Operations i.e., he should look after the entire plant production on a daily basis. He should have good understanding of the production process, knowledge of the plant and should be able to ensure that the plant is running continuously without interruptions. He should make suggestions for improving the productivity and cost reduction and streamlining the production process. He needs to liaison with the creditors for raw materials and debtors for recovery. He should have adequate knowledge of statutory compliance like GST, ESIC, PF etc. He should also be in touch with the local bodies like Industries department etc and with Banks. Hence it is good if the candidate has a mechanical background like mechanical engineer or a pulping background. It would be best if the person is techno-commercial.
