·       Capable of communicating effectively verbally an, respond to customer requests and taking Feedback

·       To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.

·       You will act as the face of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome.

·       An out-going team member cannot only drive revenues, they are able to Capture Positive Online Reviews.

·       Presentable: We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Executive to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance.

·       Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.

·       The front desk is the First Point of Contact of the organization.

·       Generating the MIS reports
