Job Responsibilities :

 Review tender documents thoroughly, understanding the clients requirements.
 Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant
documents to understand the scope of work.
 Rate analysis of Tender items & Extra items.
 Responsible for project overall activities operating from the
project site including commercial activities of Billing/ Contractor
Bills/ measurements.
 Designing, Calculation of Cable Size, UPS, DG, Transformer Size
etc.
 Planning, Coordination for execution of Work as per design and
work Schedule.
 Attending Meeting for Tender / Kick off / Site Progress meeting.
 Billing of Work executed and attending commercial Meeting.
 Preparation of Final Handover Documents and Layouts.
 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD applications.
