Work Timings – Mon-Fri (10am-6:30 pm), Saturday till 2pm5/6 Days Company – 6 Days
Managing the entire onboarding process for EV Digital Stores.
Managing the dealers and generating reports.
Communicating with the dealers regarding issues, and ensuring smooth usage of our digital platform.
Visiting the dealers queue and taking feedback in a timely manner.
Handling renewals of the plans.
Handling escalation complaints.
Ensuring that the issues of dealers are resolved and maintaining good relations with them.
Requirement
Good communication skill
Willing to visit the dealers on field.
Full-time, Permanent, field work
