Deputy Manager / Manager Sourcing

Identifying and developing New / Alternate Suppliers for existing
components.
2. Materials planning based on forecast
3. Plan and conduct Supplier audits in coordination with the QA Team.
4. Coordination with R&D and QA teams for component approvals.
5. BOM Cost monitoring & Initiate cost reduction activities.
6. Negotiation with the suppliers for Costing, Payment terms, Lead times and
MOQ for better buying.
7. Identify and suggest alternate items against short supply of components.
8. Communication with Import buyers for getting best Quote & payment terms.
9. Co-ordination for Import procurement & Clearance.
10. Coordination of Supplier Corrective actions on defective supplies and
Supplier Ratings.

Requirements

1. Self motivated.
2. Sound knowledge of Electronic components and it’s supplier base in India
as well as across the globe.
3. Should be able to Lead a team as well as work as a Team member.
4. Good written / verbal communication skills.
5. Good negotiation skills.
6. Well versed with MS Office.
