Job description
 Capable to increase the sales through proactive sales and negotiation techniques.
 Competently engage with prospects, build rapport and convert.
 Accomplish sales goals and boost revenue.
 Thorough product knowledge and customer relationship management.
 Attend clients and explain the project thoroughly such as plans, layout, amenities, Ticket size, and
payment schedule etc.,
 Preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly database of walk-in customers.
 Excellent communication, Negotiation, and closing skills.
 Meeting with CPs and keeping strong follow-up and generating references from visitors / closed
clients.
 Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled period.
 Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets to achieve set personal targets.
 Initiate leads through B2B and B2C sales calls and by leveraging existing networks to understand
their property requirements.
 Deliver sales numbers as per business plan, in terms of both sourcing and closing – ensure
completion of sales targets consistently through the year.
 Ensure cross-selling to enhance sales value productivity with existing customers and client
Relationship Building.
 Coordinate with various departments (Customer Care, Sales Teams etc) to ensure exceptional
customer service. Systems and Process Compliance.
