• Preferably from the technical background
• Deep Understanding of Drones and UAV industry, along with their target markets
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
• Business intelligence with in-depth knowledge of Drone Market trends and competitors
• Excellent project management skills
• Great negotiation skill
Core Responsibilities :
• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
• Make cold calls for new business leads
• Assist in shaping and implementation of commercial strategies that align with the Aerodyne Group’s objective.
• Support in writing new business proposals
• Assist in achievement of budgeted sales and profits in India.
• Excellent understanding of the drone ecosystem, market prospects and trend.
• Keep prospective client database updated
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
• Assist in framing business strategy to deliver agreed results
• Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
• Assist in setting up business goals alongside wider business leadership team to ensure Aerodyne Group- India’s commercial outcome fits into the wider business objectives over next years.
• Keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity
