Work Timings: 5:30 am to – 2:30 pm IST (Night shifts)
Job Requirements:– Responsible for managing lead generation, rapport maintenance, understanding of client needs
and closure of deals after negotiation.
– Develop strategy and innovative methods for exploring the market and ensure profitability.
– Establish & extend the company’s market leadership through effective contributions towards
Business Development, Sales & Key Account Management.
– Actively explore, define, evaluate, seek opportunities and turn them into profitable business.
Overall Candidate Profile Desired:
– Good academic track record
– Must have prior experience in international business development.
– Strong Lead Generation & Lead Qualifying capability.
– Self Motivated go-getter with the ability to work with utmost efficiency.
– Ability to manage the profile independently with the least amount of hand holding.
– Fluent English Skills (both written and oral) needed for communicating with overseas clients.
– Explore the market, identify potential clients and qualify clients to build up a pipeline.
– Establish and maintain strong relations with key decision makers of clients.
– Explore the web and other information sources, filter useful information for identifying
leads/new opportunities.
