Roles & Responsibilities:

• Tele-calling
  
• Data Entry operations
  
• Customer and Vendor Database Management
  
• Coordination with external parties
  
• Customer Relationship Management includes – Customer Calling for new orders, feedback and new product promotion
  
• Order Booking and coordination with the operations and delivery team
  
• General Administration including maintenance of documents and records
  
• Day-to-day accounting and reporting

Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
