Incentive Structure:
Sale Incentives shall also be there in addition to salary

1) Candidate shall have 5+ years’ experience in construction/Building material industry & shall have good network with Architects / Interior Designers as motive is to show the productcatlogs to Architects / Interior Designers & get the product specified/ Orders for commercial offices.

2) Candidate must have experience in selling Products ONLY of Interior usage like : Glass , Windows , Carpets , Blinds , Ceilings , Modular office Furniture , Chairs.
Requirements along with resume for each candidate:
1) 1 photograph with resume&Atleast 10 Good Architects/Interior Company names with whom candidate is working on day to day basis & getting regular orders.

2) 3 Order Details recently secured ( of any commercial Project) Company name , Location of project , order Value & Product used

Selection process:
1) Video InterviewInterview round any day between 1pm to 2pm, if selected next shall be  face to face round of interview In Mumbai ( for Mumbai candidates )
2) If selected, Need to Submit KYC along with 3 references
