Detail Job Profile

· Handling existing outlets / dealers, making sales improvement and meeting annual sales targets on a daily basis without fail.
· He should have vast Dealer Network in respective area
· He should know the Distributor Management in assigned area
· Hiring and training the sales team
· Coordinate with the dealer and maintain good relation with them
· Should visit the dealers on a daily basis and to visit all the key business dealers at least once in a month – and ensure a smooth functioning of business unit
· To liaison with Channel / Trade partners (Distributors) periodically – and ensure their timely investment on stocks and market service is ensured.
· Responsible for new outlet adding and business expansion and TP / Distributor appointment.
· Has to take care of Trade Partners / Distributors on business aspect
· Should have experience in Woven (i.e. Shirt / Denim / Trouser etc.)
Candidate’s Profile
· Young and dynamic candidate with sales & Marketing experience
· Good at verbal and written email communication
· Willing to travel
· Only Sales Experience (Shop to Shop / Dealer to Dealer) required
· Good team player & Commitment towards job
· Should have the vast geographical knowledge of respective state or mentioned area
· Prefer to candidate who is handling enormous dealers & around 7 Sales Executives & around 4 distributors
