Job Description :
Handling existing client accounts as well as approaching new clients through multiple sales channels and marketing strategies to develop long-term business relationships.
Preparing sales proposals for clients along with Technical Data Sheets and Quotations.
Follow up on new orders and manage existing orders to ensure timely dispatch of materials.
Co-ordinating with operations team to make a purchase order, performa invoice, sales e-invoice and delivery challans.
Generating monthly sales reports for meeting monthly sales targets.
Providing customer support and handling grievances.
Skills Required:
Working knowledge of computers MS Office, Tally Prime, Canva etc.
Oral and written english communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in any field

Selection Criteria
We are looking for (preferably female) experience (min 2 – 3 years) in administration or customer service.
Good spoken and written English speaking skills. Should be able to write emails and draft letters in english. Should be able to communicate.
Should know how to use tally prime for e-invoice generation.
Should be able to take on a leadership role in the future.
