Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment processes, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
2. Collaboration:
• Work closely with Clients to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
3. Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates during the recruitment process.
4. Job Posting and Marketing:
• Write and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Leverage social media and other digital tools to promote job openings and the company’s employer brand.
5. Compliance and Best Practices:
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
• Implement best practices in recruiting and staffing to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
