Role: 

Production Target Achievement, Line Balancing, LED Lighting Production & Manufacturing Assembly line, Manufacturing Pre-assembly line, Effective Line Balancing for removing bottlenecks. Cycle Time Study of all the Assembly Lines and Recuse Cycle Timing of Assembly Lines.

Experience from LED Drivers, LED PCB, LED Lighting Industry would be preferred.

Job Profile

1. Establish Production (According to Quality Parameters) & Achieve Daily Targets.
2. Effective resources planning & implementation in order to achieve targets and ensure timely deliveries to the Customer.
3. Cycle Time Study of all the Assembly Lines and Recuse Cycle Timing of Assembly Lines. Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
4. Effective Line Balancing for removing bottlenecks. Troubleshoot Line/Process/Man/Material & Tooling/Jig/Fixture Issues.
5. Take proactive steps and coordinate with PPC, Quality, Material & HR and troubleshoot the hurdles in order to ensure smooth production.
6. Identify process or operation wise skill level requirements and provide on job and off job training to the workers/operators with the help of HR Dept in order to fulfil skill gaps.
7. Operate/execute trial production under the directions of the design & quality department.
8. Increase productivity by Assembly line balancing and Cycle time reduction.
9. Capacity calculation and troubleshooting on bottleneck process.
10. Ensure optimum utilisation of resources and reduce wastages (Cost of Quality).
11. Provide Safety Trainings to the Workers/Operators and ensure working of Safety Measures. Provide appropriate PPEs to the Worker/Operators and ensure its 100% uses regulations/ discipline.
12. Assist in line/machine installations, trials & calibration activities.
13. Adhere Safety & Administrative Policies on the Shop Floor.
14. Comply Statutory requirements under the Industrial, Labour & Environmental Laws.
15. Ensure smooth healthy relations & team work among the Employees. Achieve optimum level of motivation by impartial behaviour and recognition.
16. Maintain quality of Housekeeping & 1S 2S implementation on the Shop Floor.
17. Ensure timely data entries & WIP records in the System in order to avail real time database.
