Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Tally & Excel
Manage all aspects of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and filing requirements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Assist with audits and regulatory inspections as needed.
Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as an Accountant.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office suite.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations is preferred.
