Responsibilities
 Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to maximize efficiency and productivity
 Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
 Oversee the production process, ensuring that all manufacturing operations are in compliance with quality standards
and deadlines
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Finance, to prioritize and execute projects
 Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate supply chain processes are in place
 Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable pricing and terms
 Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
 Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks
 Develop and manage the operational budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving initiatives
Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
 Proven experience in a similar role of 10 Year’s, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
 Strong knowledge of industry best practices and process improvement methodologies
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
 Outstanding leadership abilities and the proven ability to motivate and inspire teams
 Proficient in using ERP systems and other relevant software and tools
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
 Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget
 Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
