Manage daily branchoperationsthrough the operation team.
Processing forms at branch level.
Effectively handling customer complaints and escalations.
Maintain audit and compliance in the branch.
Training & development of branch staff for day to day, new processes, new circulars and
KYC . Acquisition of customers for banks.
Driving sales of TPP products through the branchoperations team.
Cross-selling of all products to branch customers.
Team Handling.
Cash Management, ATM management
