Job Description:

Cold Calling.
Pitching to the channel partners for site visit.
Maintaining the database of the channel partners on a regular basis.
Interacting with customers by telephone, making outgoing calls as well as handling incoming calls, being aware of telesales and telecommuting, generating leads for the sales team, and responding promptly to customers.

Key Skills:

Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Computer Literate.
Noting important details of each conversation and sharing the details ahead with the sales representative.
