Job Profile

• Creating and leading sales strategy to gain access for New Business.
• Managing a team of sales executives and service staff.
• Setting clear performance goals while coaching, developing and reviewing results.
• Traveling with sales executives to meet with distributor and dealers, developing and maintaining a broad network of customer relationships.
• Creating, implementing and coordinating successful marketing and sales strategies.
• Planning and execute the sales and marketing policies.
• To open new business network and manage the existing channel partners of company.
• Planning sales and distributing targets to the channel partners, tracking and motivating and supporting them to achieve it.
• Planning and executing sales promotion activities to generate leads and to increase sales.
• Identifying private/public landlords and retail partners
• Developing sites with suitable grid capacity
