1) MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCES (MANUFACTURING FIRM)
2) SHOULD BE ABLE TO PROVIDE AT LEAST 5 REFRENCES
3) SHOULD BE A CERTIFIED CA
4) SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE OF FINALIZING BALANCE SHEETS
5) ALSO SHOULD HAVE DONE AT LEAST 4-5 STOCKS AUDIT
