Responsibilities:

• Operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or errors.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a VMC operator or similar role.
• Proficiency with machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
