We have opening for video editor in Delhi. The candidate shoul have 3+ years experience. The candidate must possess BS degree in film studies, cinematography or related field.The candidate will be responsible to take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications. The candidate has to review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity. The candidate will be responsible to trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film. The candidate needs to continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency. Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process and create rough & final cuts.  The candidate must have proven working experience in video editing and solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Light works, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut). Must have demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio and thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, continuity etc. The candidate should be familiar with special effects, 3D and compositing. The salary offered is 15k to 30k pm
