· Team Leader for US Sales Process(Air Ticketing Inbound Outbound)
· Prior experience working as a Team Leader/Assistant Manager will be preferred
· Proficiency in the ticketing portal(GDS) is mandatory
· Strong international booking and ticketing knowledge including travel within USA and Canada.
· Leading the team: You will be responsible for leading a team of travel sales professionals and ensuring that they are meeting their targets and delivering excellent customer service.
· Should be open to work in rotational shifts
· Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience
