Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand dealer/distributor network in assigned region
Drive sales volume and achieve monthly targets
Introduce and establish products in the market
Strengthen relationships with dealers and retailers
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
Ensure product availability and territory coverage
Requirements:
4–5 years of experience in motorcycle batteries / inverter / inverter battery
Strong experience in distribution & channel sales
Good network in UP, Haryana, or Delhi preferred
Strong communication and negotiation
