Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and expand dealer/distributor network in assigned region
 Drive sales volume and achieve monthly targets
 Introduce and establish products in the market
 Strengthen relationships with dealers and retailers
 Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
 Ensure product availability and territory coverage

Requirements:
 4–5 years of experience in motorcycle batteries / inverter / inverter battery
 Strong experience in distribution & channel sales
 Good network in UP, Haryana, or Delhi preferred
 Strong communication and negotiation
