Designation – Service Technician 

Experience – 1 + Year

Salary Range  – 20k – 25k PM 

Location – Surat 

Work Timings 9 am to 6 pm
5/6 Days Company 6 Days

The Job Role and Responsibilities:
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions to repair the
product.
Install and test products to make sure they work accurately.
Follows installation and operation manuals.
Respond to service requests and repair products.
Escalate issues to the Manager promptly to give the proper resolution.
Write service reports after every appointment.
Follow all company policy and procedures.
Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
Educating the client on how to use and maintain their product.
Record and maintain of customer requests, work or services performed, charges,
expenses, inventory, and inform the dispatch team.
Explain issues with equipment and repair details to customers.
Requirements
Diploma in to electrical and electronics
Minimum of 1 + years of relevant work experience
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of Emails in MS Office using Outlook, excel.
Good communications skills and fluency in English and Hindi is also desired.
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
Ability to work in an organized and timely manner.
Job Location: Surat and Delhi
