Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Engineer / Customer Support Executive to provide technical support to customers through emails, calls, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to understand product manuals and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through email, phone, and other support channels.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Read and understand product manuals and technical documents to resolve customer concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
- Maintain service records and customer interaction details.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.E./B.Tech (EEE or any Engineering Graduate)
- Gender: Male
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience (Preference will be given to candidates from the same industry.)
- Languages: Telugu and English
- Two-Wheeler: Preferred but not mandatory
Skills Required
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to respond professionally to customer emails.
- Good understanding of technical manuals and product documentation.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills.
