Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment at client locations.
• Conduct routine service checks and respond to customer service calls promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain service records and provide detailed reports after each visit.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and support.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer complaints.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in the electrical service domain.
