We are looking for a Senior Engineer Production. You
will be responsible for running our product assembly control process and assurance of
operations efficiently. If you are an experienced production engineer and proficient in
performing this role, we would like you to join our team.

Job Description
Qualifications: –
1. B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
2. Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or related discipline with relevant experience in
quality assurance and quality control of lithium-ion batteries.

Responsibilities: –
1. Strong technical skills and knowledge of lean EV manufacturing
processes/procedures.
2. Production Planning, Shop Floor, manpower Management, Coordination.
3. Knowledge of Lithium-ion battery and manufacturing Engineering, vehicle assembly
processes, and packaging.
4. Responsible for all manufacturing activities in a shift-production output, quality,
safety discipline etc.
5. Require Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Should be able to lead the team to
work on quality, 5S, Safety and productivity improvements.
6. Should coordinate well with teams like Quality, and ensure to deliver the required
performance and also will be responsible for carrying out continuous improvements in
his respective area.
7. Must have exposure to Production Planning against the customer schedules and tool
planning in allocated areas.
8. Ensure positive employee relations and promote and enforce all company policies
fairly and consistently and should have good employee relations skills to participate
and address their grievances efficiently.
9. Will be responsible for devising ways and means to improve the competency of his
team members by training, Multiskilling, and job rotations.

10. Should be able to ensure discipline and safety on the production floor.
11. Knowledge of Quality systems for product and customer side quality and Capable of
maintaining a good rapport with peer subordinates.
12. Must have sound knowledge of Inventory Control management in the production
floor.
13. Should coordinate well departments like purchase / Stores regarding shortage of
materials & new requirements.

Skills-:

 Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the production department.
 Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects at once
 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Powerpoint Word.
 Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to interact effectively with employees.
