Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
 Minimum 8 years of experience in the Building Construction industry, with a significant
portion in Planning Engineer or Scheduler roles
 Solid understanding of HVAC systems (both air side and water side)
 Knowledge of construction sequencing, resource planning, and project controls
��️ Key Responsibilities:
 Develop, update, and maintain detailed HVAC project schedules in alignment with the
overall construction schedule
 Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely
delivery of HVAC activities
 Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions to keep the project on
track
 Prepare periodic progress reports and presentations for management and clients
 Support the project team in planning manpower, equipment, and material resources for
HVAC works
 Analyze project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans
 Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
throughout planning & execution
 Collaborate closely with the US-based Project Management team on international
projects
�� Key Skills:
 Strong knowledge of HVAC systems & components
 Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office
 Excellent understanding of construction workflows, resource & cost loading, and earned
value analysis
 Ability to foresee challenges and develop contingency plans
 Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination abilities
 High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
