Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with experience
in the ERP domain, preferably SAP, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of ERP solutions and a proven track record in driving sales, managing client
relationships, and executing marketing strategies. This role requires a professional who can
effectively communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within the SAP domain.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, explaining SAP
solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Assist in developing marketing campaigns for SAP solutions.
Coordinate and execute events, webinars.
Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, case studies, and presentations.
Manage social media channels and digital marketing initiatives to generate leads.
Track and report marketing metrics and campaign ROI.
Market & Industry Analysis:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities in SAP
domain.
Provide insights for new product/service offerings based on market needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the ERP domain
(SAP experience highly preferred).
Strong understanding of ERP solutions and business processes across domains like
Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience with SAP modules like S/4HANA, FICO, SD, MM, or SuccessFactors.
Existing network in the ERP/SAP client ecosystem.
Innovative mindset to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
