Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct site visits with prospective clients and address queries related to property features, pricing, and legal documentation.
2. Handle client dealings from initial inquiry to post-sale support, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
3. Drive deal closures through effective follow-ups, negotiations, and persuasive communication.
4. Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met as per company goals.
5. Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation strategies and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
6. Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and new real estate projects in the area.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high levels of professional integrity and service quality.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate sales.
2. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
3. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
4. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
5. Sound understanding of real estate laws, documentation, and processes.
6. Must be target-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic tech usage.
8. Must be willing to travel for site visits as and when required.
