Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Manager to support the sales of advanced rehabilitation technologies, medical robotics, and sports science equipment across India. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in healthcare technology sales while working closely with senior sales leaders and clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Support the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to order closure.
Build relationships with hospitals, physiotherapy centres, rehabilitation clinics, sports academies, and healthcare institutions.
Conduct introductory product presentations and coordinate product demonstrations.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
Update CRM and maintain accurate sales pipeline reports.
Coordinate with internal service and operations teams for successful project execution.
Participate in conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and customer meetings.
Develop strong knowledge of rehabilitation, robotic therapy, and sports science technologies.
Travel across India as required.
Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
Experience in medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, physiotherapy, or capital equipment preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Physiotherapy, or related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
