Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Manager to support the sales of advanced rehabilitation technologies, medical robotics, and sports science equipment across India. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in healthcare technology sales while working closely with senior sales leaders and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities
 Generate new leads through research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
 Support the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to order closure.
 Build relationships with hospitals, physiotherapy centres, rehabilitation clinics, sports academies, and healthcare institutions.
 Conduct introductory product presentations and coordinate product demonstrations.
 Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
 Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
 Update CRM and maintain accurate sales pipeline reports.
 Coordinate with internal service and operations teams for successful project execution.
 Participate in conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and customer meetings.
 Develop strong knowledge of rehabilitation, robotic therapy, and sports science technologies.
 Travel across India as required.

Candidate Profile
 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
 Experience in medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, physiotherapy, or capital equipment preferred.
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Physiotherapy, or related field.
 Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 Willingness to travel extensively.
 Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
