Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, calls, and other outreach methods
  • Contact potential customers and introduce company products and services
  • Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and project potential
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Follow up regularly with prospects to improve conversion rates
  • Share market feedback and customer insights with the sales and management teams

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with sales or marketing background
  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, telecalling, or customer relationship roles
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and lead tracking systems
  • Must be comfortable with local travel
  • Owning a personal 2 wheeler is a must.
