Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead and manage the sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic sales initiatives within the textile sector. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in textile sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve defined sales targets.
• Set sales goals, monitor performance, and implement corrective measures when required.
• Develop and assign individual sales quotas and territories.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and margin analysis.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
• Build scalable sales processes and improve existing systems.
• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
• Review departmental reports including sales forecasts and profitability margins.
• Maintain strong communication between management and sales teams.
• Gather market intelligence and industry trends to recommend product development initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong internal employee relationships.
