Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new dealers and retailers in the assigned territory.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Promote and sell motorcycle batteries to retailers, workshops, and service centers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather market
intelligence.
Provide timely feedback and reports to the sales manager.
Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 2–4 years in field sales in the automotive battery or related industry.
Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduation is a plus.
Gender: Male
Location: Should be residing in or willing to relocate to Gurugram.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
