Read More »Responsibilities:
1. Conduct door-to-door visits within assigned territories to promote and sell internet connection
services.
2. Engage with prospective customers and present our internet connection offerings’ features,
benefits, and competitive advantages.
3. Create and maintain a positive and professional impression of the company during customer
interactions.
4. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, addressing them appropriately and providing
suitable solutions.
5. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our internet packages, pricing, and available options to
effectively persuade potential customers.
6. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales deals.
7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and
guidelines.
8. Using the provided CRM system, maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including
customer interactions, leads, and sales outcomes.
9. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a
smooth sales process.
10. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technology
developments related to internet connections.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales roles, preferably in the telecommunications
or internet service provider industry.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals independently.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
6. Basic knowledge of internet technologies and services.
7. Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems.
8. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, as required.
9. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within assigned territories.
