Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and driving performance
Develop and execute a sales strategy that supports the company’s growth goals
Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, negotiating deals and closing contracts
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring the sales team is equipped to
sell the latest Products and Service
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering,
ensure sales efforts are aligned with company goals
Report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
o At least 2-3 years of experience in sales
o Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team and achieving targets
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new
business opportunities
o Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment
