Designation: Sales coordinator
Role In brief: handle all clients related communications for orders and despatch
Team size: Immediately Reporting to senior coordinator and MD
Location of factory is at Mahakali caves road, Andheri east Company provide pick –up and drop
facility in AC van from Andheri (e) station. (commute time from station in van is about 15min in
morning and 20 to 25 min in evening.)
Working hours are from ( 5 and half days working). weekly off on Sunday and 2 other
Saturdays in a month of choice.
Salary (CTC): is 3.5 to 4.5 L p.a including yearly bonus and pf if applicable. Appraisals are done
every year in june.
Detailed tasks / Key Responsibilities:
 To attend to customers calls
 check & send correspondences, send quotations
 follow-up for orders (no targets) and payments (occasionally when needed)
 Maintain all customer data in ERP /CRM like contact details, Purchase Orders received, customer
communications etc.
 Coordination between clients and production as and when required for dispatches or
sometimes service issues though rare when some premium customer is not happy with the
customer care department.
 Assignments like database collection, information gathering from google etc.

Candidate Profile:
Note for female candidate: there are occasions on and often when all colleagues are male only.
currently now also it is an all-male environment of R&D engineers, secretary etc. (this must be
communicated clearly to the candidate.
Must have Experience of at least customer coordination and processing P.O etc. in ERP/ CRM platform.
In addition work experience in marketing, promotions, telemarketing can be given weightage though
not a must.
Experience of follow up for orders or lead generation is preferable but not a must.
Must understand, Speak, and write English.
Must have min 25 wpm typing and fair knowledge of computers- windows and MS office at least word
and excel.
Location should be preferable 45/60 min of commuting time from office; out of which 20 min of time
would be spend in commuting from station to office in company van (company can provide pickup &
drop from office to Andheri station- currently unavailable due to covid but may start soon).
