Requirements:- The Regional Sales manager is responsible for leading sales team in General Trade as well Modern Trade for spices.
Maintain and expands customer base by coaching/managing Area salesheads
Implementing productivity, quality and customer service standards for the organisation
Acquire new customer to increase business development activities
Interact with distributors, stockiest to enhance sale in given territory
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
Qualification & Age: MBA in Sales/Marketing or above qualification
Maximum 45 years
Work experience & skills: Minimum 10 years work experience in Food Industry, Especially from our competitor brands.
