Purpose of the Job

Ensure QMS Mgt. System, as described in the Quality Manual QMS-880-01, is operating and followed.

Responsible for the quality control process to ensure that all provided products, components, and services meet customer and company Quality Standards, maintain and control of Inspection and test equipment, and to continually monitor activities for continual improvement.

Quality Function

• Understanding of QA Manual along with QMS Forms & Procedures QMS 510
• Understanding of QC Forms & procedures
• Oversee Incoming, In-process, and final Inspection Processes
• Active Ex quality control and labelling manager
• Responsible for customer return processing and reporting
• Responsible for completion of corrective action requests
• Submit TEIN quarterly quality records to corporate quality Mgr.
• Responsible for compiling monthly supplier quality report card
• Responsible for issuing MDR to vendors for material deficiency and get CAR from vendor to avoid repeated part quality issues in future
• Responsible for addressing customer queries related to SO’s inspection reports
• Responsible for ATEX IQC of all parts & documentation review
• Responsible for ATEX final inspection and docs preparation
• TPI documentation preparation and (if required) review QC documents prepared by other
• Responsible for TPI at vendor end and prepare documentations
• Responsible to address IQC and final hold/rejection issues
• Responsible for providing On-job trainings to technicians with reference to defect log sheet
• Responsible for validating skill level of the mfg. technicians with reference to skill matrix
• Responsible for managing skill matrix score of quality department
• Adherence to company policies and identifying continuous improvement processes
• Responsible for supporting and coordinating the QMS activity.

• Active & energetic personality with good interpersonal skills
• PC Skills (Network, Email, MS Office)
• Strong command in Ms. Excel
