JD:

• Manage and lead a team of Quality Assurance professionals
• Develop and implement quality standards and processes for the team
• Identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective
actions
• Conduct product testing and ensure compliance with industry standards and
regulations
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to measure team and product
performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality goals are met
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality processes and
procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance
• MUST have experience in C# Selenium, SQL
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Experience with testing automation tools and frameworks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
simultaneously
• Excellent English and Hindi communications and interpersonal skills
