Resource Allocation: Coordinate with various teams and departments to allocate resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet industry standards and client specifications. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to provide project updates and address concerns. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and issues that arise during project execution, working to find effective resolutions and maintain project momentum. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience in project management within the stone mining and irrigation industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
